My parcel was delivered to my neighbours house and I had no card from the courier to state where my parcel was other than a text to say it has been delvered. When I called customer service they told me it had been delivered and signed for byself. It took over a week for my neighbour to give me my coat as they were away and USC still had no idea where it was or where it was delevered to. Coat was returned as faulty as all the buttons fell off.
