I have spent £1000s at USC over the pay year.
After purchasing 3 pairs of jeans and get them next day delivery obviously paying the extra for this and they turned up 3 days later.
The jeans where already opened inside the bag. I took them back to a store and asked for my money back.
They said I had the choice of paying to send them back or just take a store voucher.
It's rediculous, why can't you give a refund. Not sure if I will be shopping with you guys in the future. Even had to pay for a bag in the shop to take the swap item away.
