Initially everything was great; smooth purchase, delivery arrived bang on time. Two of the items were exactly what I was expecting. However, the jeans I ordered looked nothing like the image on your site. I then sent an email re: exchanging them and as of yet have not had a reply to what was a simple question. What had the potential to be a 4 or 5 star experience has, unfortunately, ended in a 2.
