I ordered 3 t-shirts, one of which had a black mark on it. I contacted your team via your online service but unfortunately I have yet to receive a reply. I bought thet-shirt for £12 so I would be a bit reluctant to send it back registered delivery as this would mean that I am paying too much. Would appreciate a response as soon as possible.
