Customer service USC is good - however the courier you use, Hermes, is awful. They didn't listen to my instructions to leave my parcel with a neighbour if nobody was in. This was repeatedly ignored & my parcel has been returned to USC. I'll probably now just buy on the high street - which means you're missing out on a sale through the fault of your courier!!
