The goods received were great as expected from the Vans brand & received next day as promised but the package was in a bad state. It was burst open but luckily all was there. Shoe box was bashed in at the bottom - shoes thankfully ok. Each individual items packaging was open at each end not sealed as I'd expect. I'd expect the bag each tshirt or sweater is in to be a proper clear bag with perhaps 1 end having been opened for checking then taped shut again. Not like this at all. The bags were too big for the items & lying open at both ends. 1 item was almost fully out this packaging & as the outer bag was burst, could have been damaged or worse, lost. Need to look at better packaging & perhaps the transport. I wish I had taken a photo to add to this review but didn't realise there was that option
