I've ordered Levis boots from USC last week and received the order on Sunday the 19th, from the first hour of use, the front of the shoes damaged for some reason. I always buy Levis boots but never experienced this before. I took pictures, and sent to USC, no reply, no case number or anything. My email simply ignored. Next time I would rather buy my boots from Amazon, as they have excellent customer service and free delivery.
