Ordered two pairs of shoes. Both their size were small and had to return them as instructed. They refunded me with the costs of the shoes, but not the delivery and return costs (which was roughly 18 pounds in total). I know this is in their terms and policy and I respect that, just a shame. Next time I will return them in person at the shop. Other than that, they were really quick to refund me, although it would be good to send an email of confirmation (I had to check my bank account to see if I have been actually refunded). Thank you
