I ordered items online and the courier said they tried to deliver it I was in the house all day nobody came to my house and when I emailed customer service they replied saying we'll issue a refund think you need to look at your couriers and I did reorder items but sent them to my works address and got items just annoyed about the courier saying he tried to deliver parcel and they obviously didn't
