So we can being with the fact that I am unable to track my order. I don't get any info on the tracking site.
Let's say I accept this and be patient until the courier will reach me.
I decided to reach the Call Center so I can ask someone about my order and the shipping info and all I got was: I will request for an update.
I've informed the agent that I need to know more about the status and she told me again: yeah, I'll ask for an update.
I am asking her again: So you will keep me updated over the email?
Her reply again, was: Yeah, I'll ask for an update.
Kindly dissapointed. With Sportsdirect was a lot more easier.
I do believe you know that in any type of business it's important to have an active communication or at least a good connection with your customers. Doesn't seem to apply for your guys. And it's not about me at least, make an idea of the impression you are offering to the total. Doing the demands seems like you're missing something and loosing in the same time.
