Ordered 3 items - only 2 arrived.
I've been told that the missing item was scanned and dispatched etc and I'm currently waiting on a response as to what the next steps are if I'll be getting a refund.
In the meantime so that I have the missing time in time for the planned holiday it was for I've had to buy it a second time incurring a further higher delivery fee.
Which hopefully will be refunded.
Never had any issues prior and mistakes happen so I do intend to keep using you. Assuming this gets resolved.
