I was really shocked to find out that I couldn't return an item bought online back to the store. Paying £5 for delivery (collect from store which is normally free from other companies) and then having to pay another £5 to return the item is really poor customer service.
For this reason I would not buy from USC again, as although the prices are competitive, the delivery and returns makes it more expensive than buying from other retailers and you are left feeling frustrated at paying a substantial amount for delivery and returns.
