I ordered a hoodie and when it came the zips didn't work. I phoned USC customer service and the lady I talked to seemed as if she didn't know what she was talking about and pretty much told me I'd have to drive an hour to the nearest shop just so have a chance of getting it exhaled before the date I needed it for. I drove for an hour to the nearest store ro wxhange it to find out it wasn't in stock. I had to look for another hoodie as a result of this and was left rather annoyed that the customer service assistant was so blunt and rude when dealing with this over the phone and also the fact that she seemed very stupid.
