My experience when purchasing a product from USC wasn't problematic at all. However, the driver of the company that was used to deliver the product wasn't very friendly. The shirt I bought also had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. I seen that the driver lit a cigarette as they drove away, prompting me to believe that the smell on the shirt came from the delivery van. Thankfully after I washed the shirt the smell had gone.
