I have ordered 4 Vans trainers for the first time from you and one of them came with some white marks on the left foot side and the right one full of dust.
I am not happy about it as the shoes were supposed to be a gift for someone.
I even sent you a message on your website regarding this issue but no one care to respond back...Very disappointed!
