I ordered two pairs of shoes for £26. To have these shoes delivered was £5, so my grand total was £31.
Unfortunately one of the shoes was out of stock, so only one of these pairs was delivered.
This meant I got worse value for my purchase. £31 for 2 pairs of shoes is what i wanted to spend, but instead I spent £19 on one pair.
I would be happy to order a replacement second pair if you could give free delivery on these to make up for my disappointment.
If the shoes were out of stock, I should not have been able to order them in the first place.
