Very good product selection, but there is a clear problem with sizes. Especially in the DKNY range. Polos and t shirts are much bigger than anticipated, belts much smaller... Jackets and shirts are true to size.
This is especially annoying as the customer both have to pay postage for receiving the wrong sizes, but also pay for returning the items that don't fit.
Customer Service agreed to refund the cost of my last returned items, but I don't believe this amount has been reimbursed.
It would be great if the size matter could be corrected, and that you introduce a business model with free postage and returns (if purchase over a certain amount). This is what your competitors do.
