Having ordered before the whole ordering, confirmation and communication is very good, however this time the size I ordered was too small and the items had to be exchanged for another size with one being unavailable. I found the ability to discuss other colours or products very difficult and now end up with a refund and one exchange which is not what I wanted and trying to communicate this was difficult at best.
