Ordering online was straightforward and the shoes I bought were a brilliant piece, £20 off the rrp.
The delivery of the parcel was unsatisfactory as they were delivered to the wrong address, left in a bin at a house further along my road. The status on my tracking emails said it had been delivered and signed for which was untrue. USC were great in following this up but Hermes did not provide a good service.
