Overall service was good, took a while for the order to get to store but website was okay to navigate. Only thing that irritates me is whenever I go to one of your stores you never have a size 12 in footwear in stock even though they say they go up to a size 12. So I have to pay extra money every time because of the size of my feet which can't be helped. It'd be nice to have size 12 in store so I can actually see if I like them and they're comfortable rather than pay more online! Then if I don't like them and then have to return them. And waste my time and sports direct/usc's time
