Always a nice speedy delivery. Items don't always arrive in original packaging. Returns are easy enough too, although maybe a prepaid return would be nice even it was for purchases over a certain amount to qualify. Don't always show sizing charts for all brands which if you are like me puts me off buying some items knowing I have to pay for returns if the gamble doesn't pay off and it doesn't fit.
