I very much like USC clothing but continue to be bugged by your delivery/return charges! I ordered nearly £90's worth of good and still had to pay a hefty charge of £6.99 for next day delivery. Upon arrival, two of the shirts didn't fit (i did check this prior to ordering but you don't have DKNY measurements listed on your website). The shirts were returned at a further cost of £2.90 with an additional £4.99 then paid on top of that for the correct sizes to be sent in exchange. I have paid nearly £15 in postage charges alone which is disgusting considering the value of my order. Then again this is a Mike Ashley business and maybe i continue to be one of the millions of fools that are happy to keep filling his wallets. I'm sure this won't be taken on board as this is no doubt a common complaint and also a huge source of revenue for USC.
