I ordered three pairs of footwear,they all came together in one bag which was ripped.
When I opened the bag fully it was clear that they had been left somewhere wet.
All three boxes were water damaged and crushed!
Fortunately they were all for myself as there was no way they could have been given as a gift.
No care was taken either by store or the carrier.
Very disappointed and the only plus was they arrived when they said they would be.
My regret is I did not take a photograph of the damage
