Ordered the products, paid extra for next day delivery and the items don't turn up! I tweeted, emailed and then eventually found a phone number where I was told as soon as it arrived I need to ring again for a refund. Why not just do the delivery charge as a refund in the first place?! I did get the refund and the products were delivery two days later. Although the products were cheaper on the site I don't think I shall be ordering again.
