I have now sent 4 messages via your website regarding my order, to which I have received no reply.In fairness to yourselves you have previously delivered an excellent service, but, my latest order I have been very disappointed with. I ordered a pair of blue Adidas Gazelle, when they arrived one was severely shop soiled (I have a photo if you require it). What I am really unhappy about is having to return them at MY cost, despite being a USC error. I believe my initial postage and packing costs should be reimbursed by yourselves at the very least.
