There was nothing wrong with the product and the delivery was on time but i thought that when the product arrived it was in a bag which resembled a black bin bag and came with no delivery note only a sticker with a barcode on it which i still dont know what it was for. Thankfully i was happy with the product because if i was not i would have been completely stuck as there was no information on how to return it.
