Bad Customer Service. I ordered some items for Holiday, I also added a pre order item to the order and had not noticed. They put my entire order on hold due to the Pre Order item, which had a two month wait. instead of sending my order and then the pre-ordered one item when it arrived. So I complained. they released my order and cancelled the pre ordered item as this was the only way they could send it out to me. As a week had gone by, half my order was now out of stock, and when it arrived two of the items still had a security tag attached... so I had to drive to my local store to get it removed. whenever you speak to customer service they are so blarzay, with copied and pasted responses and don't actually think about you as a customer, so relaxed in the responses back and it was all my fault. Never use them again, go to ASOS, much better service
