Not happy with the returns policy on internet purchased items from USC website. I brought several pairs of trainers of different colours and sizes as these particular trainers were not in the shops to try. I purchased a few pairs and sent the rest back to USC by post, but to send the remainder of the purchased items back by post was expensive. I asked if I could return items to the shop instead and was told I could, but on returning items to the USC shop, I was given a credit note instead of cash, even though I had my receipt and did not hang on to them. This has made me think twice before purchasing any items from USC in the future.
