Ordee process ok but Click & Collect should be free not having to pay and 'refunded in a fomrnof voucher to spend in store only.
Stores could be better designed. It felt like miles away to be able to get to the till and collect my order. It was also a challenge to find anything (the store felt to wide spread) to use my £5 voucher.
