The order was delivered quickly but the staff memeber who served me, her attitude was revolting for no reason whats so ever... I came in, went to the desk, she didnt even look the road I was on and said 'whats your last name' without even looking at me she just walked from behind and right round behind me and straight into the store room. Now as my last name is Smith there would have been a few Smith's but she didnt bother to ask for my first name and she came out with someone's parcel called 'Elizabeth Smith' so when she asked me if this was mine and I said no she did the biggest sigh ever and went back into the store room to get mine. She didnt ask for ID or anything she just gave me it. Very poor customer service.
