Dear Customer Service,
Somehow my purchased items is still on the way since 2nd June. It's beyond the standard delivery time, and also sad because the shipping costs nearly 9 GBP to here, and as I see the pack is still in BRUSSELS, Belgium and it contains a birthday gift.
DHL shows we'll going to get it tomorrow but I can hardly believe it.
As a repeat customer I'd really appreciate your answer.
