I have already emailed complaint but the Converse Shoe I ordered were different colours -the right shoe looked like it had faded and had a stain on the front left. I was also disappointed that I had to pay for return postage - the shoes shouldn't have been sent in that state in the first place. I returned them Sat 8 July.
