The online experience of selection, ordering and checkout was fine, the consignment shipped the same day. Unfortunately almost 2 weeks later it still hasnt arrived with me due th the fact you use DHL as a courier. DHL are notoriously incompetent in South Africa, and my shipment is delayed/lost/held by customs/ waiting for someone to recieve a bribe etc etc. Its likely I will never actually get the goods. For any future shipments to South Africa, please use a different courier, anyone except DHL!! Had I known you would send via DHL, I never would have placed the order.
