I asked to exchange from a large to medium you was more than happy to help with this and that was also a speedy service but unfortunately you did not have my size available on one of the items I wanted online (but it was in store) somewhere where I was unable to pick up from so when I ask customer services if it was possible for them to get the store to send to me they said this was not possible so unfortunately I was unable to get the full order I wanted in the end
