I ordered a polo and a pair of trainers. The trainers were perfect when they arrived. However, the polo was thrown in the plastic shipping bag, with the hanger still in it, along with the trainer box. The polo was unpackaged. All of this lead to it being out of shape and very creased when arriving. I would have expected it to be packed a lot better, folded and possibly put in a separate plastic bag before being put in the shipping bag.
Having ordered items directly from Pretty Green before, I can assure you that are packaged in a supremely better manner.
