Bought on-line item which was too small & was trying to call the Oxford St (FLAG SHIP STORE), to check stock in size & to go there & exchange it, quicker rather than going through the Postal Process. No one answers the phone "all day long", morning right through to late evening which was awful, extremely disappointing & frustrating. Eventually gave up & went there after work by chance but didn't have the required size. Totally waste of time & journey. All avoidable if phone was answered throughout the day. All very off putting in retaining customers.
