High quality goods & a very efficient process. I kept everything I ordered for my son. My only disappointment was that even though I ordered well over £200 worth of goods I still had to pay delivery charges which I don't think is a great customer experience. The majority of retailers allow free delivery when ordering a fixed amount of goods, generally between £50 & £80. I believe USC should consider this improvement.
