on sat I placed my order on line,was given a transaction number?,as I had received NO acknowledgement by Mon regarding my order,so on Mon at around 2.00pm I rang the customer service line,I was Informed by the person on the other end that no record existed of my order.NOTHING was on your system regarding my name,address etc,as these shoes were a present I went out and purchased another pair of shoes,guess what on Tue received acknowledgement of my original order,put it bluntly you did awful,any other company I have dealt with on line sends me a conformation of my order within 2/3 mins why don't you?
