The items delivered all had damaged/ sliced open packaging.
Also for a £100 purchase, i would expect free delivery/ priority delivery. Additionally after paying for the delivery, i was not able to have the items delivered to the store, therefore i feel very restricted for my options for a service which i paid for.
A number of delivered items where also incorrect picked at the warehouse, however there is no option on the return form that states 'i received incorrect items', it put the onus/ fault on me. And subsequently there is no free return post for this, again the expectation is that i have to pay for return postage for items that were sent incorrectly from the warehouse.
