Not 100% impressed!
1st off I wasn't given an option for next day delivery.
2nd an item was out if stock even though it let me place it in my bag.
3rd the item that was out of stock wasn't allowed to be substituted for an item of the same price.
4th I spent £500 but still had to pay £5.99 delivery
Don't get me wrong the clothes are great and the delivery was pretty fast considering it was standard delivery. Hermes was the courier and they did superb.
Overall quite happy with my purchase but the service could be improved.
