Hi, i was very happy with my purchase of clothing online. However my complaint lies within your new cheetham hill branch. I felt like i was watched in store by the security guard. I felt uneasy trying to browse and look at you new ranges with the constant eyes burning a hole in the back of my head. I honestly felt i was doing something wrong for no reason what so ever. I cannot remember the exact date to as of when i went. But i can assure you it wouldn't be again. I normally shop at the branch at the arndale centre and have never had any issues there. And the staff are always helpful. I also felt uncomfortable with the lady who served me when I simply asked in regards to a mix and match offer. I felt the response was very unprofessional to a normal question. This is the first time I experienced an unpleasant visit to one of your stores. I can assure you i will not be visiting again and will be going elsewhere. You may think it is over exaggerated or looking in between the lines. But i myself work in retail and deal with customers on a daily basis. I have never treated a customer in that sense or made them feel that a question shouldn't be asked due to the attitude of the staff. I feel that I shouldn't have to be followed constantly. Again i do apologise for not remembering the date as i am preparing for my holiday and have a million things to sort out. However your online sale was fantastic and i did recommend it to friends and family as some of the clothing and prices are fantastic. Regards, Omar Ishtaq
