The use of Hermes to deliver parcels let’s your service down I strongly recommend you look at alternatives, for the price you charge for NDD you can use the likes of UKMail or DPD. Absolutely shambolic! Still awaiting for my order to be delivered, which for one I paid Next day delivery and it’s been a WEEK.
