We went to the shop first, and the assistant was very helpful. They didn't have the right size in store, so she checked other in the area (still not luck),s o she wrote the code down for us and suggested we try online. We ordered, the shoes arrived and the communications were excellent. I am however now receiving a lot of promotional email - too much - so I'll be unsubscribing.
