First of all delivery costs £5 and the product is not very comfortable so i wanted to return it. There is no delivery note or returns label in with the goods so i looked on website to find that you have to download and print returns label and it costs another £5 to return it.
So that is £10 on top of the product of which i don't like if i was to send back but unfortunately i cant because i dont have a printer.
So now I'm stuck with a pair of boots i dont want!!!!@
