I ordered a Henri Lloyd zip up hoody for my dads birthday. The first hoody I was sent had stitching all pulled by the Zip and it was runched, it was completely unwearable. When I rang up the local store to ask if I could exchange it in store I was greated by a very unfriendly member of staff who had no time for me and said and I quote "you've rang up already today to ask this and I don't have time for you, all you've done is moan" - I hadn't rang up, it must've been another customer as I had barely finished my sentence explaining what I wanted to know before he butted in and said this. Either way it was unprofessional. I ended up putting the phone down and going in store, fortunately I had a better member of staff help me, I've had to reorder it online with a credit note as it wasn't in store so hopefully this one is ok. The item was good apart from the stitching and the service in store was ok, but it was more the member of staff attitude who I spoke to on the phone that was completely unprofessional and rude that's put me off shopping here again.
