There is a mismatch between the products online and in store. I bought a pair of Vans in the store for £50. When I took them home I realised that the shoe that had been on the shop display was very discoloured so I took it back to the store to get a new pair. They did not have one in stock. They could not order a new one for me and they suggested that I try online - the shoes might be there. I looked online to see if there was one in my size and there was, for £35. Delivery was 4.99 for both home delivery and store collection. Most other retail stores offer free store collection if they have the product in their warehouse. Also, their products tend to be the same price both in store and online.
