Packaging of the clothes was poor, Tommy Hilfiger shorts were dirty on the waistband due to the poor packaging.
Cheetham hill store is ridiculous, cannot get a refund only a credit note and staff very unhelpful. Very busy on a weekend and not enough staff also don't seem to know their head from their arse!
