The clothes ordered were lovely, comfortable, well fitting and nice styles. However I wouldn't shop online with USC again because the returns process is more complicated than other stores. I am to somehow notify USC of the return within 14 days of receipt, but have no contact details to do this nor are there any instructions on how to. I assumed that I would have 28 days to return but since I missed the 14 day notification am I now unable to return? Don't know there's nobody to contact..
