My order apparently went missing in the post. Even though according to tracking Hermes had it at their depo. Then once I emailed and got told my parcel was lost. I was offered a refund or to resend items. I asked for them to resend the items. Never heard back. So called up to find out the items I bought are now out of stock!
Yet one of the pairs of shoes are still online in my size just not in sale anymore.
