I ordered a pair of size 10 kswiss as a present and paid £7.99 for next day delivery so I could give the gift on the person's birthday, the trainers arrived on time but they were a size 10.5 and were too big. I contacted your customer service advisors to see if they could rectify the problem as I had paid for next day delivery and had been given the wrong size. Your customer service advisors were less than helpful and actually lied to me and told me that the size 10.5 trainers I had were a size 10 and that it may say they are a size 10.5 inside the trainer but that they actually measured as a size 10, this was a complete lie!! The person who the gift was for wears a size 10 kswiss and when trying on the 10.5 they were clearly too big!! I sent the trainers back paying £3.90 to exchange them and have today received a size 10 pair of kswiss, just proving the point that two of your customer services advisors lied to me.. I have now paid 7.99 for next day delivery and 3.90 to exchange the trainers when the mistake was from your company and not me! I paid for the trainers to arrive on the 4th Oct and I now have the trainers on 12th Oct so I would like a refund for delivery or a good will gesture for delivery cost and the fact that your customers service advisors lie as part of their job role
